this hotel have superb location. it's close to gran via and metro stations. my room include a massive bed and a lovely bathroom. the staff was very helpful and friendly.
the pillows were very poor quality. there were only three pillows in a double room.

i found the location convenient, with easy access to many attractions! the premises were clean, including the linens and towels. the front desk staff responded quickly and helped me a lot. breakfast was delicious, i enjoyed having tapas at the restaurant.
The air conditioner did not work for warm air, a slight inconvenience. it was a minor issue, but i wish it had been working properly. Maybe they should check it more often.

The location was very central. It was right in the middle of shopping and attractions. The room remained very quiet, though. I was on the first floor and did not hear any street noise. The room was a good size.
The hairdryer was not working, and they had to supply another one. This replacement seemed quite old. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. This felt unusual for a hotel of this level. The breakfast was boring, but the staff was excellent.
